The Tour

This is a one hour tour enables you to visit, even from a far away distance, the most important sites to the three Abrahamic religions – Judaism, Christianity and Islam. I assure you that after this tour you will better understand the connections between these three religions, and better understand the complexity and diversity of Jerusalem.

The Christian quarter

We start the tour at Jaffa Gate, one of seven gates to the city, from which we walk through the Christian quarter to the Church of the Holy Sepulcher, where Jesus was crucified, buried and where he resurrected three days afterwards. Inside the church we will visit 5 of the last stations of the Via Dolorosa, the way of suffering the Jesus walked from the point of trial to the point of burial.

The Moslem quarter

From there, via a view point from which we will see most of the old city and surely the Dome of the Rock, we will continue through the oriental markets of the Moslem quarter.

The Jewish quarter

At the Jewish quarter we’ll visit the Cardo (main street of the Roman and Byzantine eras), the Wide Wall built by King Hezekiah 2700 years ago and the central square of the Jewish quarter with one of the most impressive synagogues.
